Notes & Conditions for All Programs

Please review the following before registering:

• Programs are open to youth ages 7–17.

• Camps run on all statutory holidays.

• EYC reserves the right to cancel sessions if necessary. Full refunds will be provided, and whenever possible, at least 10 days’ notice will be given.

• Sailors must have completed the required previous CANSail level before registering. Proof of certification may be requested at any time.

• If a participant is registered in the wrong program, we will attempt to transfer them to the appropriate level if space is available.

• Camp hours are 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. Optional Early Drop-Off (8:00 AM) and Late Pick-Up (5:30 PM) are available through separate registration.

• Late fees apply for arrivals before or pickups after registered supervision times.

• Students under 14 must be signed out by a parent or guardian unless prior arrangements have been approved.

• Sailing time depends on weather and safety conditions. Alternative supervised activities will be provided when sailing is not possible.

• Cancellation requests made 4+ weeks before the program start date are subject to a $50 administration fee. Cancellations within 4 weeks receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available once programs begin.

• A mandatory $27 CHECKLICK certification and skills tracking fee is included in all CANSail program fees.
